Help and support information

If you have concerns about your mental health, help and support is available.

If you want to talk to someone, you can call a helpline, speak to your GP or discuss things with someone who has had similar experiences.

Some people find it helpful to share their concerns with other people online – using an email support service or an online discussion forum, while others have benefited from computerised self-help programmes.

Books and factsheets can provide helpful information and enable you to feel more in control.

Mental health services provide a wide range of support and work hard to assist people towards better mental wellbeing.
